2D Drafting

We use the latest 2D CAD software to help your concepts become reality. Our extensive 2D CAD drafting capabilities cover a wide range of sectors, including; Plastic Fabrication, CNC Cutting and Tool Design, 2D CAD Drafting, Product Design, Photo Realistic Rendering.

FEA

Our engineers optimize the effectiveness of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for: aero structural components, fatigue and damage tolerance, modelling components using CATIA, stress analysis using MSC , along with Ansys and Midas software packages.

3D Modelling

Certified in CATIA V5/V6, Solidworks, and Autodesk Inventor software, our experienced team of engineers can create any metallic and composite design work package. We offer 3D CAD designs in IDR, PDR, CDR, and FAI phase engineering.

Prototype

Kick-off Meeting

Introduce aircraft fundamentals along with the laws and regulations governing their methods and processes.

Design Phase 1

Conduct base line design studies on current designs, deploying CATIA V5 and Nastran software.

Design Phase 2

Demonstrate Finite Element Analysis (FEA) by creating master geometry, stress reports and wireframe 3D wireframe models.

Design Review Meeting

Analyze design baseline study and selected potential designs.

Design Phase 3

Develop a 3D design model and interface load reports using CATIA V5 and Nastran.

Final Design Review
